Hive Theory has partnered with Kush Desai Foundation, Intersect Brewing, Peace Love and Little Donuts, and Little Bears Child Care to bring AWESOME family fun!!
Have you ever been standing on the playground and thought, "I wish I could meet other fun parents but I don't want to be awkward." Or been at a brewery and felt overwhelmed with trying to keep your kids happy and well-behaved so you can chill?! We have. Let's make a simple night happen while strengthening our local hive and bringing families together over beer, donuts, games, and great conversation! You AND your kids can give back and talk about community, in style.
$10 per adult and $6 per child gets you a free beer, free donut per family member donated by Peace, Love, and Donuts, a donation to the Kush Desai Foundation, lots of board games to play, a milk bar for kids of various types, (including alternative) and a guided activity by Little Bears Child Care of FoCo! Eat dinner before you come, or bring your dinner to eat before dessert as Intersect allows outside food. They will also be serving in house food such as light snacks from local companies: pizza's, El Matador Burritos, chips & salsa, and MouCo cheese & Nita crackers.
Around 6:45/7 pm, we will have the kids begin the structured activity for all ages led by the wonderful Little Bear Preschool staff, and centered around community. There will be a light lesson about how we can all make a difference if we care about others. Parents can mingle, eat, and chill while kids partake in this activity and make something cool! We all know parents need a BREAK!! Whew! We've earned it. :)
Intersect Brewing invites you to enjoy a night full of “high fidelity” fun. At Intersect Brewing, craft beer is brewed in high fidelity. Their dream was born out of a passion for beer, music, bikes, and family. Because Intersect is a place where like-minded friends and families are able to meet up, unwind, and socialize, FoCo Family Night is in for a real treat (literally). This brewery is a place to bring dogs, children, and picnic lunches. I mean who wouldn’t want to join the fun. That’s why Hive Theory chose Intersect Brewing to continue our Monday FoCo family night!
This event will benefit Kush Desai Foundation which is an organization that believes in paying it forward. Their philosophy is “The creation of quality programs not only changes lives but creates a ripple that can change the world.”
We will donate a portion of the ticket sales and sell raffle tickets for awesome kid and parent-focused prizes! Like a FREE massage, a free eye exam and shades, and a gift certificate for Cool Beans!
Just show up, eat some yummy donuts, have a drink, let your kids do something fun....and invite your friends! Let's connect our community and have a good time! We know you're tired, parents, but we have to teach our kids that stepping outside of our comfort zone is very rewarding! So, share, come, and let's have a blast!
