Sweet Self-Defense: Women's Workshop

Hey ladies! It's time to refresh your self-defense moves and have some fun! We're collaborating with Total Ryu Martial Arts to provide a kick-a$$ class! It's all to benefit Crossroads Safehouse! We want you to be aware, feel inspired, and get connected to local ladies and a good cause. We'll have experts leading the self-defense tactics workshop, a short female speaker on the topic, $2 raffle tickets for awesome prizes, and then wine and desserts for mingling after all the action.
